Paper Session Format

Each paper session lasts one hour:

• 10 minutes: Author presentation  

• 5–7 minutes: Discussant 1 provides feedback  

• 5–7 minutes: Discussant 2 provides feedback  

• 30–35 minutes: Discussants facilitate audience feedback and Q&A

Slides and Hybrid Participation

Presenters are encouraged to use slides, but it is not required. Each room has a projector with HDMI, USB-C, and other connectors to allow presenters to display slides from their laptop. For some of the sessions the second discussant will be on Zoom. The presenter will need to connect to Zoom and share their screen during the presentation. We will have people there to help with setting up the Zoom session to connect to the microphone, speakers, and video in each room. We will have one general Zoom session with a breakout room for each physical room.
